I combined human vibe scoring (70%) with LLM as judge scoring (30%) instead of trusting either alone

Failure is an option here. If things are not failing, you are not innovating enough. The key is to make your mistakes quickly and cheaply, not slowly and expensively.

We do not know what we may be able to do until we try, and we can never be certain beforehand that an experience is worth having until we have had it.
I realized those sounds were actually more interesting to me than some super pure note I could play really well had I been practicing a lot. These were things I'd never pay attention to or something I shouldn't even be playing when I was studying classical music. It's such a different mindset of approaching music. Instead of 'I've got to get it right,' it's more like, 'What can happen?'
It used to be a one-year strategic plan. You would lay out, 'Okay, we're going to do this, we're going to do that.' Now you're like, 'All right, let's go see if you can make this work, two days later. And it works.'
