The most important thing I've learned is that the team you build is the company you build. And I think most people intellectually agree with that, but they don't actually act on it. They settle. They hire people who are 'good enough' because the role needs to be filled, and then they wonder why the company doesn't perform the way they hoped.
Will Rogers once said, 'Even if you're on the right track, you'll get run over if you just sit there.' He understood that good intentions and correct positioning aren't enough — you have to keep moving.
getting there required more than better models. It meant building a complete system for training, evaluating, and deploying a driver in the real world.
I always put 1,000 percent of my heart and time and energy into anything I create. And people can feel heart, they can feel passion. And I think it translates through the screen.
