A drone based war is one where the actual front lines, there are no people visible. There is what the Ukrainians call the kill zone, which is now something like 20 to 30 kilometers each way from the contact line. Where essentially anything that moves will be shot down, shot at by a drone within seconds or minutes.
These PrSMs don't even make direct contact with the thing they're targeting. They don't always cause major structural damage, but their blasts still easily tear through streets, homes and people.
A precision strike is where an army will take the coordinates of a target, input that into their targeting system, or visually identify a target and lock onto it. We can see in the satellite imagery precision strikes that destroyed buildings or punched holes in the roofs of those buildings very precisely.
