When this choice is made, often the the the father, the husband gets what's called a fatherhood premium. he can um put as many resources and time into his career in order to grow it while you know depending on his wife to raise the kids, to make dinner, all these things, right? And so in a marriage, this might work out okay if the if the couple stays married, but as soon as they get divorced, then you have this situation where you've got a guy with a great career who is just going to keep going.
